essential functions:
duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
1.in ge all kind of reliability test, including device, process and package level reliability test 负责各类可靠性测试，包括设备、工艺和封装级可靠性测试；
2.ic failure analysis, including efa (electrical failure analysis) and pfa (physical failure analysis) ic故障分析，包括efa（电气故障分析）和pfa（物理故障分析）； 
3.all kind of rma related issue所有与rma相关的问题；
4.others. 其他 
qualifications:
to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. the requirements listed below are representative, but not limited to the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 
?college above with engineering degree.
?at least 2+years quality assurance experience in the semiconductor is better.
?good communication with all suppliers/departments.
?well known about ic assembly and testing process.
?fluent in english and mandarin.
